Nature of the service
SOLVIEN is a technology platform that lets online businesses accept payments, calculate tax, screen for fraud, follow their activity, handle disputes and receive payouts through one integration.
SOLVIEN LLC is not a bank. Payment processing and the holding and settlement of funds are carried out by regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners. Their own terms may apply to you alongside ours.

This website and the legal annexes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. The state or federal courts located in Kentucky have jurisdiction, as set out in Annex B.
