C.1Clause
Who is responsible
SOLVIEN LLC, 1801 Russellville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101, United States, is responsible for the personal information described in this annex. Contact: contact@solvien.io.
C.2Clause
Information we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address and the content of your message when you write to us. The contact form on this site transmits nothing to us by itself: it opens your own email application, and we receive only the email you choose to send.
- Account information. If you open an account: business details, contact details of the people who manage it, and the information needed to verify the business.
- Transaction information. Data about payments processed through the platform for a merchant, such as amount, currency, country and payment method.
- Technical information. The servers that deliver this site may record standard request data — IP address, browser type, date and time — in logs kept for security and operation.
C.3Clause
How we use it
- To answer your messages and provide support.
- To open, run and secure accounts on the platform.
- To provide the services: payments, fraud screening, tax calculation, reporting, dispute handling and payouts.
- To meet legal obligations and to prevent fraud and misuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
C.4Clause
Who receives it
- Regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners, which process payments and hold and settle funds.
- Service providers that host or support the platform on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
- A successor, if the business is reorganised or transferred, subject to this policy.
C.5Clause
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires records of payments and accounts to be kept. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.
C.6Clause
Security
Payment processing on the platform is PCI DSS compliant and data is protected with AES 256-bit encryption. No system can be guaranteed secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, write to us at once.
C.7Clause
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to contact@solvien.io. We answer within 24 hours and act on valid requests as the law applicable to you requires. Some information must be kept to meet legal obligations.
C.8Clause
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookie policy (Annex D).
C.9Clause
Children
The service is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
C.10Clause
